The U.S. Government is offering an $8 million total reward for Johnny Hurtado Olascoaga and Jose Alfredo Hurtado Olascoaga, $5m and $3m respectively. They are both wanted and currently believed to be residing in Mexico. Jorge Ventura reports live with more.
