This a video explaining in depth how to keep your devices safe, will add timestamps to help you watch the parts of it that you want and skip the others as it is a very long video.

I didn't say it in the video but with emails, common sense helps as well, if your colleague is sending you finance information and you are a programmer, they probably didn't send it to you. Bad example maybe but you get the idea.

Also I would like to add that the temporary emails do work, it just doesn't change the address, they do still disappear after ten minutes.
