Did the Nazario Taino Stones Prove that the Taino Indians were a lost Tribe of Israel?

Were the Taino Indians from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean actually from the lost tribes of Israel? Well that's what some people have claimed for a long time. Most notably it's a claim pushed primarily by some members of a religious group known as the Hebrew Israelites. However they're not the first to make such a claim. When Europeans first came to the New World, they had to make sense of the new people they encountered and being deeply rooted in Judeo Christian ideology, the idea of these inhabitants in this new land belonging to the lost tribes provided a plausible explanation for some. However, there are no accounts of Native Americans in general or Tainos for that matter that claimed such a thing.
