Authorities in the Mexican state of Jalisco have opened an investigation after finding two hundred pairs of shoes at a clandestine crematorium on a ranch. The land was being used as a training and extermination centre for one of the country's most powerful cartels, which the Trump administration has recently declared a foreign terrorist organisation.
